• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

• Original packaging and invoice must be retained.

 

❌ Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Customized or altered products.

• Products purchased during sale or clearance.

• Products damaged due to improper use or washing.

• Minor color variations due to screen resolution or lighting.

📝 Refund Process

   • Photos/videos of the issue

2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

3. If approved, the product may be picked up or you may be asked to self-ship it back.

 

💳 Refund Method & Timeline

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days after product inspection.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

 

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the issue is from Gulabi Jaipur’s side (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be covered by us.

• If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
